Book your speaker before it’s too late 🧠 🏳️‍🌈

The catastrophic headlines have me fired up and unwilling to stay silent. At the same time, I’m seeing a glimmer of hope. Some organizations aren’t pulling back. They’re doubling down on their commitment to DEI.

As a professional public speaker, I’m experiencing a surge of requests from companies that want to build more inclusive, psychologically safe, and human-centered workplaces.

Historically, two of the busiest months for this work are Mental Health Awareness Month (May) and LGBTQ+ Pride Month (June).

If you’re planning programming for your ERG, BRG, or other internal initiative or employee community, NOW is the time to book.

I’m available for keynotes, expert panels, workshops, training sessions, and retreats. I bring the same energy whether I’m in the room or on Zoom. I’ve presented to hyper-growth startups, Fortune 100/500 companies, and organizations of every size in between.

Here are some of the topics I’ve been brought in to facilitate for Mental Health Awareness Month:

🧠 Burnout: What It Is and How to Avoid It
🧠 From Burnout to Boundaries: Protecting Your Peace as You Climb the Ladder
🧠 Opportunities for Managers to Cultivate Psychological Safety in the Workplace

And a sampling of the recent LGBTQ+ Pride Month sessions:

🏳️‍🌈 Effective Ways to Make Your Recruitment Process More LGBTQIA+ Friendly
🏳️‍🌈 How to Effectively Support & Empower LGBTQ+ Job Seekers
🏳️‍🌈 From Pride to Practice: Ensuring LGBTQ+ Inclusion Year-Round

I’ll be blunt. This isn’t just about content. In moments like this, what matters is what your organization chooses to stand for and how visibly you stand for it. Bringing in an external speaker isn’t just programming. It’s a simple, high-impact way to show your employees and clients that your commitment is real and extends beyond your values page.

Fill out my speaker request form or hit REPLY to start the conversation.

Together, we can create more inclusive, accountable workplaces.

Wishing you a fabulous week!

P.S. TL;DR: Availability is already quickly drying up for May and June. If this matters to your organization, now is the time to book.
