A significant portion of jobs are secured through informal channels, especially as you advance in your career. Fewer roles are posted publicly, and more hiring happens through executive headhunters, referrals, and other conversations. 2️⃣ Am I out of luck if I’m only applying cold online? Not at all. I’ve had plenty of clients land roles, including at major tech companies, through cold applications. That said, cold applying should be just one piece of your broader job search strategy. 👉🏼 Learn why the hidden job market might be the key to your next tech job. 👈🏼 Please feel free to hit REPLY and let me know how these strategies work for you. I’m all ears. Have a fabulous week! ~ Kyle | CaffeinatedKyle.com P.S. Don’t believe me that the hidden job market is legit?
