Make a difference this Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time that deeply resonates with me as someone living with multiple mental health conditions.

This annual campaign is a powerful reminder that while we’ve made progress, stigma still prevents too many people from getting the support they need to heal. I believe deeply in a world where mental health is treated with the same urgency, visibility, and compassion as physical health, and no one is made to feel ashamed for seeking help.

But here’s the truth: that world starts with YOU and ME. Every conversation, every resource shared, and every step we take toward understanding helps create real, lasting change.

Throughout May, I’ll be sharing mental health and trauma-informed tools designed to help you not just survive, but truly thrive, both at work and in life. To kick things off, here are three of my most-used and most-shared resources:

🧘🏼 6 Ways To Manage Job Search Stress When You’re Overwhelmed

🧠 How To Know Whether You Need A Coach Or A Therapist

Please explore these resources, share what resonates, and remember that you are not alone.
